| Description: Early reports state that an AFF student on a single jumpmaster level appeared to be unstable on opening. The jumper was observed under a spinning canopy from opening until impact in a wooded area. The jumper appeared motionless and unresponsive to the situation which may have been due to a medical situation. Others arrived quickly at the scene of the accident and administered CPR but the jumper died soon after. | ||||||||
