| Description: This jumper was part of a 7-way group freefall skydive that was otherwise routine. Other participants and witnesses on the ground observed him after a normal breakoff tracking away all the way to impact with no attempt to open either parachute. | ||||||||
| Conclusions:All handles were found in place, and the AAD was found turned off. The AAD functioned normally when it was turned on and off at the scene. The jumper wsa stable throughout the freefall, which would indicate that he remained concious. There was no further information available at the time this report was written. | ||||||||
